Each year it's always a highlight of I'm A Celebrity ...Get Me Out Of Here! and the return of the Celebrity Cyclone trial didn't disappoint. The final four - Jill Scott, Matt Hancock, Mike Tindall and Owen Warner - were challenged to climb a giant water slide while being water cannoned and pelted with balls to win stars.
The hilarious game sees the celeb campmates dressed up as caped superheroes in tight pants, and fans did a double take as they stepped out in tiny metallic shorts. Hollyoaks star Owen was going for gold, former health secretary Matt donned bronze hotpants, ex England rugby player Mike dazzled in silver and Lioness Jill looked majestic in regal purple.
In the Bush Telegraph Mike sang: “Because I’ve got my tight pants… I’ve got my tight pants on!” Posing as a team before running to the Trial, they each announced their superhero names.

Mike said: “I’m Quicksilver, wherever there are stars I must go…”Owen said: “I am Goldic***s, come on…” Matt added: “I am the Bronze Bronco and I’m holding on for dear life.” And Jill said: “I’m Purple Reign I must help my team!”
But as they posed in their pants, I'm a Celeb fans thought there might be hidden messages in the Cyclone shorts. They took to Twitter to wonder if gold, silver and bronze represented the position the campmates were predicted to take at the end of the ITV jungle contest.
@zuzuliia wondered: "#ImACeleb giving Matt, Mike and Owen bronze silver and gold outfits for cyclone definitely doesn't look like the show might be a set up." And @misskiddle said: "Reading too much in to it but Owen = gold - 1st, Mike = silver - 2nd, MCock = bronze - 3rd..? Jill can hold her own."
@MLEDoherty messaged: "Guarantee that #ImACeleb are telling us with the cyclone colours the order in which the celebs will finish the show. Owen- gold, Mike- Silver, Matt-bronze and Jill-fourth. Probably using the stats from previous voting polls."
@Grace_young__swooned: "Owen in them gold shorts, there is a god after all." @aisling55555 said: "Owen is gold cos he is my golden boy." And @LadyFiLahLah tweeted: "Oh my goodness all the boys are wearing @kylieminogue Shorts. Hysterical."
After the challenge the shorts theory turned out not to be accurate as Mike was given the boot. This left Jill, Matt and Owen to compete in the final to be crowned King or Queen of the jungle.
