Former Emmerdale star Michael Parr has stunned fans as he unveiled his incredible body transformation. And they were even more surprised when he revealed the key to his changed physique.
The actor is best known for playing the role of Ross Barton in the ITV soap from 2013 until 2018. The character first appeared as the carjacker of Laurel Thomas, before being revealed to be the nephew of Moira Barton. He soon became the Dales' latest bad boy before things changed with his secret relationship with police officer Donna Windsor who had terminal cancer.
Mike left the soap five years after making his Emmerdale debut after deciding not to renew his contract. Before his exit the character suffered an horrific acid attack. He later left the village with Rebecca White and her son Sebastian White as they moved to start a new life in Liverpool.

In real life, Mike has kept his social media followers up to date with his latest projects and personal milestones with him now celebrating his 36th birthday. Marking his special day, Mike showed off his amazing body transformation with fans by sharing a before and after photo of his topless body.
Writing alongside the snap, the former soap star told fans: "36 today. And what a year it was. From hurting back back in November the day before I was supposed to move house and 2 days before I was set to fly to Morocco for a job. You can see in the 2nd pic that I was in pretty bad shape. My hips were all off line. Ciatic nerve was trapped and I damaged my C2&C3. I thought it was gonna hurt forever."
The first image showed Mike wearing nothing but a pair of black shorts as he stood in a back garden flaunting his ripped stomach and muscly arms. The second snap was taken in what appeared to be a clinical setting as Mike wore a pair of boxer shorts and a face mask.
He went on: "I quit the gym and now have just been working out with dumbells at home and I feel better and stronger than ever. Good diet. Fasting. Cold showers and just everything in moderation. Thank you to everyone who has helped me this year. I love my life and I love everyone in it."
Former Corrie and Our Girl star Sean Ward commented: "Amazing bro. Happy earthday brother. Love." Former Big Brother contestant Lotan Carter wrote: "Yes lad!!!! Happy birthday big man." Former Hollyoaks actress Twinnie-Lee Moore replied. "Happy birthday darling. Looking great." Verity Rushworth, who played former on-screen partner Donna in Emmerdale, added: "Happy birthday lovely!!!! And huge congrats xx #lovinglife."
