Meena Jutla's return to Emmerdale is set to put more than one life at risk.
The serial killer nurse was last seen properly on-screen back in January when she fleed.
The police were almost on Meena's tail after she was busted by Liam Cavanagh for holding Manpreet Sharma and Vinny Dingle hostage while planning to kill them.
Meena was awaiting the arrival of former flame Billy Fletcher after he found out about her pregnancy and miscarriage lies.

But the local GP went instead of Billy and discovered the horrifying truth, including that Meena was responsible for his daughter, Leanna's, death.
One of the last time viewers of the ITV soap saw Meena was when she was sat in a van with a man called Tommy after hitching a lift and joining him on his drive to Glasgow.
However, she was recently seen discovering Billy and Dawn Taylor were planning on getting married on Valentine's Day on a social media page and revealed her plan to return home.
Emmerdale spoilers for next week have now revealed how Meena makes her return.
Dawn and Billy's wedding goes off without a hitch - and there's no Meena in sight.
But she is watching.
As the happy couple's guests makes their way to Home Farm for the wedding reception, Billy and Dawn are suddenly nowhere to be seen.
Soon, at a remote viaduct, Meena smiles as she taunts Billy and Dawn with her gun.
And Billy is quickly left horrified when Meena tells him about the little game they are about to play where he gets to either save himself or Dawn.
She threatens to kill them both if Billy doesn’t decide. Billy tells Dawn that he would always take a bullet for her and Meena points the gun and fires - leaving someone shot.
As it dawns on the villagers that Meena is back, more than one life hangs in the balance as the dramatic week continues.
Has murdering Meena’s luck finally come to an end?
"Meena wants Billy to choose one of them to be shot and she drags this out in a dramatic fashion to make it as painful as possible," actress Olivia Bromley - who plays Dawn - told the Mirror.
A trailer for Meena's return has also been released.
It shows Meena preparing for her surprise comeback in the village, all set to the Yvonne Fair track, It Should Have Been Me.
