Emmerdale fans were horrified as Meena Jutla made a surprise reappearance in last night's episode.
The evil nurse evaded justice after her murderous ways were exposed earlier this month when she escaped on a lorry to Glasgow.
The long-running soap's resident villain had held sister Manpreet Sharma and Vinny Dingle hostage before her exit - as Mirror Online reports.

Manpreet and Vinny were eventually saved by Dr Liam Cavanagh before the story-line took a sinister twist when vicar Charles Anderson accidentally ran over Manpreet as he was driving to the barn.
The character, played by Rebecca Sarker, has been recovering in hospital since the incident and awoke from her coma in Thursday's show.
Manpreet was terrified on her return to consciousness as she spotted her sister by her bedside.
However, it turned out Meena wasn't in her hospital room and it was an illusion as another nurse came to check up on her.
The policeman guarding Manpreet's room had stepped away to use the bathroom, which meant the room was completely free for anyone to access.
As Manpreet screamed, the police rushed in to find a nurse standing by her bed.
She said: "Meena was here,"
The policeman assured Manpreet she is being protected, but Emmerdale viewers on Twitter took to the social media platform to share their own fears about Meena's reappearance.
Helen said: "I would be having nightmares about Meena too if I was Manpreet #Emmerdale"
Garry added: "Poor Manpreet, I would think that was Meena too. #Emmerdale"
Declan commented: "#Emmerdale had me then, thought it was Meena"
Michelle posted: "Manpreets awake and got a hell of a fright. That was chilling I miss Meena"
Spoilers reveal Meena will make a 'real' return to the soap next week as she finds a post about Billy and Dawn's wedding.
Bosses teased there could be "disaster" on the pair's wedding day, as they said: "We've already seen Billy and Dawn get engaged on screen. I don’t think I’m giving too much away if I tell you that their wedding definitely will happen this year.
"And it will happen on the most romantic day of the year on Valentine's Day, so not too long to wait for their wedding. But will it all go to plan? Is it going to be happy ever after for these two or will disaster strike? I suspect it's probably the latter."
Emmerdale airs weekdays at 7pm on ITV and ITV Hub with an additional episode at 8pm on Thursdays
