Emmerdale fans have warned Leyla Cavanagh 'don't go there' as they think her exit could finally be on the cards after recently escaping death at the hands of drug dealer Callum. During the first trip to the Dales of the week on Monday night (April 3), the wedding planner returned from her spa retreat after she left the village following her kidnap ordeal.
She headed straight to see her son, Jacob, who also ended up wrapping up the kidnap with Suzie Merton after the pair hurried to try and save her in scenes aired last month, and asked him out for lunch. Later, at The Woolpack, Charity Dingle overheard Leyla telling Jacob about her retreat and teased: "No holiday nookie to report on?"
Shaking her head, recently divorced Leyla admitted: "I have nothing to report on because I wasn't looking for that. Besides I don't think a recovering addict with PTSD going through a divorce really screamed holiday romance." Attempting to make light of the situation, Charity joked: "Oh well clearly you are going on the wrong holidays then."

She then asked: "What do you say?" turning to Caleb Milligan. The half-brother of Cain and Chas Dingle clearly wanted to stay out of their conversation but Charity asked if Leyla had met Caleb before, to which she explained: "Yeah our paths crossed," appearing to refer to when took advice from Caleb about Callum before it ended in her being tied up in the woods.
Caleb then replied: "I think no one chatted you up because you are intimidating, it's always the pretty ones that no one dares talk to." Listening to the conversation, an unimpressed Jacob interjected: "Right can we stop talking about whether or not my mum is or isn't fit please?"
After paying for their lunch, Jacob headed off and it wasn't long before Caleb headed over to Leyla as she teased: "Thought you said no one dares speaks to the pretty women?" He replied: "That's for regular people, doesn't apply to me," before turning to what had happened. "Look I, I heard about what happened to you with that fella.
"You know when I gave you that advice about not backing down, I had no idea how bad it was so, I am really sorry about that. Well that was all I wanted to say, well that and the offer still stands. If you need me, call me," before walking off leaving and leaving Leyla with a smile on her face.
But while it appears a potential new romance could be brewing, Emmerdale viewers flocked to social media to comment and warn Leyla off. One tweeted: "Not Caleb casually dropping in the fact he should have 'saved' her from his own drug dealer. The unfortunate clue here is that she will fall for him and he will use her. I can see an exit coming here."
Another said: "What if Caleb pretends to get with Leyla but will just end up using her as a pawn in his dirty businesses? Don't go there Leyla." A third commented: "Oh no please don't put Caleb and Leyla together #Emmerdale," before adding: "Be careful Leyla Caleb isn't to be trusted #Emmerdale." Another viewer concluded: "I will riot if they put Caleb and Leila together. I can only see this ending badly for Leyla and that's either with an exit for good or a death."
