Emmerdale fans were annoyed with Rhona Goskirk on tonight's episode.
The character's mum, Mary Goskirk, has recently come out as a lesbian to her daughter - a revelation that Rhona is finding hard to come to terms with. It has left her questioning her parents relationship, wondering if her mum and dad only stayed together to keep her happy.
But tonight, fans were fuming at the storyline as Rhona took the decision of Mary coming out to those close to her away from her. Bear had offered the mum and daughter some iced buns to which Marlon said: "Aw I'm sure Mary loves buns."

Rhona said: "Well, it's no good looking at me. Turns out I know barely anything about my mother." Mary said: "Oh Rhona..."
But Rhona carried on defiantly as she said: "So you're not going to tell anyone else? Surely that's the whole point of this exercise isn't it?" Mary replied: "Yes, you're right" but then she stuttered her words.
Bear asked: "Tell us what? You're not leaving are you?" Rhona hastily replied: "No, she's not leaving. She's gay." Bear dropped the box if iced buns in shock.
Fans were disgusted with Rhona's behaviour and took to Twitter to state that it wasn't her job to out her own mum. Michelle said: "Rhona shouldn't have outed her own mum like that! It was Mary's choice to come out to her friends not Rhona's #Emmerdale"
Elli said: "How vile is Rhona.. Her mother should be the only person to share her sexuality, when she's happy yo do so. Not be outed by her disgusting daughter like that #emmerdale."
Meanwhile, Sal said: "Don’t like how outing characters is brushed under the carpet. Charity outed Vanessa and they ended up together while Rhona outed Mary and they finish the episode snuggling up on the bench. Outing someone is a cruel and dangerous thing to do. Shine a light on that #Emmerdale."
