Emmerdale fans will be disappointed to hear that the long running ITV soap has been cancelled once again tonight in a last minute schedule shake up.
Viewers patience was already wearing thin after the World Cup saw multiple changes to the popular shows schedule but unfortunately it seems fans will have to wait a little longer for the latest gossip from the village.
The Yorkshire-based soap usually airs at 7.30pm on weeknights, however, Emmerdale will not air tonight in favour of it's rival soap Coronation Street, as the broadcaster airs an hour longer special following the 7pm evening news.

A trip to Weatherfield will then be followed up by the sixth series of The Voice Kids, which airs at 8pm. But it's not all bad news as Emmerdale will be back on our screens tomorrow ahead of it's usual time, with another hour-long episode at 7pm.
And it's set to be another drama packed episode after the iconic Dingle family welcomed a new member on Christmas Day when Cain was faced with his long-lost brother, Caleb.
Cain remains in prison after he took the fall for Al Chapman's death but a special flashback episode gave viewers a glimpse of his relationship with his long lost sibling.
The newcomer, who is played by Waterloo Road star Will Ash, dropped a bombshell on Chas Dingle, who had no idea he existed, when he told her the truth about their family as he was kept away from the clan for decades.
In recent scenes viewers learned that Caleb was lead to believe his mother, Faith Dingle, had died thirty years ago, but some fans are not convinced all is what it seems with the newcomer as they try to piece together the story.
Some believe the new Dingle member could be Chloe Harris' father, while others are certain Caleb could be headed for an affair with Cain's wife Moira. Could Caleb be hiding something?
