ITV has announced it will continue its coverage of the 2022 Emirates FA Cup with four live matches in the fifth round of the competition.
This means Emmerdale and Coronation Street will be cancelled or moved on various dates in March, in favour of live football.
It is not yet known whether the episodes will air in a different time slot, or be removed from the schedule altogether.

The ties, to be played in early March, begin with Championship club Peterborough United at home to Manchester City, who currently sit top of the Premier League, followed by the all Premier League clash between Liverpool and Norwich City.
ITV will also show Everton hosting the remaining non-league side, Boreham Wood, with live coverage of Nottingham Forest v Huddersfield Town, in an all Championship tie, completing this round’s live games.
The changes coincide with new permanent time slots for Emmerdale and Coronation Street, as ITV announced several changes to their pre-9pm schedule earlier this year.
Aside from when the FA cup ties are shown, Emmerdale will air weekdays at 7.30pm, while Coronation Street will have three hour-long episodes from 8pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
On Tuesday, March 1, Peterborough United v Manchester City will be live on ITV from 6.30pm with a 7.15pm kick-off.
This means Emmerdale will not air as 7.30pm as planned.
Wednesday, March 2, will see Liverpool take on Norwich City at 8.15pm, with live coverage from 7.30pm.
This means both Emmerdale and Coronation Street will either be moved or cancelled that evening.
Emmerdale's planned episode on Thursday, March 3, will also be impacted - in favour of coverage as Everton take on Boreham Wood.
