Coronation Street is set to be rocked as police find a body at Weatherfield County's new training ground next week.
Distraught Kelly Neelan clings to the hope that her dad is still alive as her guardians Gary and Maria mask their panic. When police confirm they’ve found Rick’s body Kelly breaks down, utterly bereft.
When the teen confides in Maria how both her parents let her down and she’s grateful to have her, Gary tells Maria he’s going to confess to Rick’s murder. Maria is horrified and begs Gary to reconsider, pointing out he’ll destroy their family and Kelly’s life.

Elsewhere on Corrie Imran Habeeb also looks set to make a life-changing confession after discovering that he's the father of Abi Webster's baby boy. But the decision is dramatically taken out of his hands when her husband Kevin discovers the truth.
In court the local authority solicitor lists a host of reasons proving Abi to be an unfit mother and why Alfie should be taken into care. Solicitor Imran pleads Abi’s case, doing everything in his power to convince the judge that Abi has changed.
But when Abi bans him from seeing Alfie Imran declares he’ll do whatever it takes to see his son, even if it means putting his name on the birth certificate.
He secretly heads off with Abi to register Alfie’s birth, but when his fiancee Toyah bumps into Abi carrying Alfie’s paperwork and acting strangely she assumes she is back on drugs and warns Kevin. Kevin hunts for the package whilst Abi is making tea, and he discovers the birth certificate stating Imran is the father.
Also on the cobbles Craig Tinker is thrilled to receive an email confirming that he can return to the police force after he quit over his decision to cover up for girlfriend Faye Windass and Emma Brooker over the death of pensioner Ted.
Meanwhile his grandson Jon, who has no idea that new girlfriend Emma was in the car that ran Ted down, reveals that Ted left him £25,000 in his will and he’s using the money to fund a new life in Australia.
