Former Coronation Street star Ryan Thomas couldn't resist sharing a clip of his EastEnders icon pal catching up with some shut-eye in his car. Ryan, who played Jason Grimshaw in the ITV soap, told his Instagram followers that he was heading to London when Dean Gaffney, who played Robbie Jackson in EastEnders, asked for a lift.
He said Dean, 44, assured Ryan, 38, that he'd "keep him company" on the journey. But the fellow soap star fell asleep, leaving Ryan with nobody to chat to.
Ryan shared a video on his Instagram of Dean open-mouthed as he grabbed a nap. In the clip Ryan whistled pointedly at the side of him while they were parked up. He captioned the video: "'Can I get a lift back to London?' he says 'I’ll keep you company' he says!" Ryan's brother Scott shared laughing emojis as he commened: "Genius."
