Coronation Street fans were frustrated at the ITV soap on Monday's visit to the cobbles as Sarah Platt unknowingly helped Stephen Reid delete evidence of a murder.
Serial killer Stephen has claimed Teddy Thompkins as his latest murder victim in the ITV soap. Last week Teddy revealed he now remembered their row and admitted that he knew that Stephen was the one who killed his son Leo.
When Teddy threatened to call the police Stephen lost his temper and fatally smacked Teddy over the head - not realising that his actions had been caught on CCTV.

Monday's episode saw Sarah tell Stephen that she and Michael had their meeting in the factory as planned, but she didn't want Carla to find out. As a result, she suggested he wipes the CCTV footage.

That was when realisation hit for Stephen, and he was secretly horrified to realise there would be footage of Teddy’s attack. Oblivious to Stephen’s turmoil, Sarah told him how to delete it so that the evidence would be gone forever.
But fans were frustrated with Sarah unknowingly helping the murdered. On Twitter, Kelly said: "Dammit Sarah!! if you hadn’t have told him, he wouldn’t have known about the CCTV and could have got busted! #coronationstreet #corrie."
Ryan said: "Stephen has deleted the CCTV footage of him killing Teddy. There could be backups of that footage. #Corrie." Shaky said: "Sarah telling Stephen to delete the CCTV! #Corrie."
Simon said: "It's so annoying that Sarah is telling Stephen how to wipe the CCTV footage! The evidence will be gone #Corrie."
Sophie said: "How convenient Sarah needs the CCTV wiped and is too self absorbed to notice Stephen's FACE OF FEAR #corrie".
However, Stephen remained fearful as Carla caught him deleting the footage. He quickly came up with an excuse to try and keep himself in the clear.
Coronation Street airs on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 8pm on ITV1 and streams on ITVX.
