Coronation Street fans were quick to flock to social media as Sarah Barlow made a change to her usual look. The character, played by Tina O'Brien, was back on screen in the ITV soap as the Platt family's concern about Audrey Roberts' money continues.
Last week, in a test to her family after recent events sparked by her drinking and son Stephen's return, Audrey, played by Sue Nicholls, decided she was updating her will to leave all her money to WARTS - the Weatherfield Association of Retail Traders – of which her late husband Alf was a member.
Her family - including daughter Gail - were shocked and upset at being cast out of their mother and grandmother's will, losing any hope of inheritance. David was the most active, going to speak to his brother-in-law Adam Barlow about getting power of attorney over his grandmother.
