ITV Britain's Got Talent's Amanda Holden's life, surprise career and heartbreaking loss

Amanda Holden will return to our screens tonight for the latest season of Britain's Got Talent.

The 52-year-old is back for the popular ITV programme as the search for the UK's next star begins. Amanda will be joined on the panel by Simon Cowell, Alesha Dixon and new judge Bruno Tonioli.

Amanda has been in the public eye ever since she first shot to stardom as a contestant on Blind Date in 1991. She is perhaps best known as a Britain's Got Talent judge, but she also hosts her own breakfast radio show on Heart and has written a best selling book.
