ITV bosses 'ignored' email that 'exposed Phillip Schofield's affair with colleague'

This Morning whistle-blowers allegedly sent ITV bosses an email informing them of Phillip Schofield's affair with a younger male colleague.

The email was reportedly sent by an ex ITV staff member in an attempt to warn TV bosses about the then rumoured affair between Phillip, and the un-named colleague in 2020. The email, obtained by MailOnline, was allegedly sent to senior ITV staff as the author raised their concerns about the relationship.

The unnamed former employee of This Morning pushed for Phillip, 61, to have his hosting role suspended while bosses investigate the matter. Excerpts of the letter read: "With the current rumours and accusations swirling around about Phillip Schofield…why is he still on our screens?"
