Beat The Chasers fans think they've figured out the way the quiz brains try and save themselves before their dwindling time is up. The primetime spin-off to the afternoon ITV quiz show was back on screens on Wednesday night (May 18).
Still hosted by Bradley Walsh and starring the much-loved Chasers, the supersized version sees contestants getting the chance to walk away with an even bigger sum of money than if they appeared on the daily version. After taking part in a cash builder, the players get the choice of going head-to-head with two, three, or five Chasers and while their potential prize pot goes up, their time advantage goes down.
The show is back on screens every night this week with Mark Labbett, Jenny Ryan, Paul Sinha, Shaun Wallace, and Darragh 'The Menace' Ennis. They're also joined by Australian chaser Issa Schultz, aka The Supernerd for the string of ITV shows as he steps in for Anne Hegerty, known as The Governess, after she contracted Covid before filming started.
