It's Official: Rivian Will Start Delivering R2s In Two Weeks

Rivian will begin inviting customers to configure their own personal R2 beginning on June 9th.
The time from ordering to delivery is between 2 and 6 weeks.
Customers can also wait for their desired trim or paint option to be available without losing their ability to order.

The Rivian R2 is finally almost here. After two long years, pre-order holders will start getting cars in just two weeks. Rivian officially announced on Wednesday that the automaker will begin sending invites for customer orders starting on June 9th, with first deliveries taking place on the same day.
