Tourists planning to travel to Italy are being warned about flooding at a popular destination for holidaymakers.
The Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) issues guidance about "known risks of travel" to help people make informed decisions about the places they visit. The Emilia-Romagna region - including Bologna, Forli-Cesena and Ravenna - has been popular with tourists.
But the area has been hit by floods following heavy rainfall. Earlier this week, it was reported that floods had led to deaths and forced thousands to flee their homes. More than 20 rivers burst their banks, leaving some places underwater, reports BirminghamLive.
