The Immigration and Customs Enforcement officer involved in the fatal shooting of a 26-year-old father in Maine was reportedly hired by ICE this past year.
Monday morning, federal agents shot a man identified as Joan Sebastian Guerrero, a Colombian native who had been living in the coastal city of Biddeford, Maine, with an authorized work visa and Social Security number, according to Maine Immigrants Rights, a local immigration advocacy group.
