Walking down Lonsdale Road, near Westbourne Grove, it’s impossible to miss the Bank Robber House. Sandwiched between two terraces, it’s bright pink, with a scarlet front door. It’s a slim building too: just three-and-a-half metres wide, almost the width of two super king-sized mattresses. And now, this eye-catching house is for sale.
The property was named after the art gallery, Bankrobber London, which previously stood across the road and held works by Banksy, Russell Young, Pete Doherty and Ronnie Kray. The pink house caught the attention of the gallery owners.
