An IT firm has expanded its foothold in the Midlands region with an acquisition deal.
Birmingham-based Intercity, which operates services such as cloud computing, security and hosting, has bought out Northampton telecommunications business Chandler Communications in an undisclosed deal.
The acquisition follows a period of organic growth for Intercity in its communications, cloud and security and managed services divisions.
