Actress and producer Issa Rae, known for her role in the hit show 'Insecure,' has made the decision to cancel an upcoming event at the prestigious Kennedy Center. This move comes in response to the recent appointment of President Donald Trump as the center's new chairman.

Rae took to her Instagram Story to inform her followers about the cancellation of the event titled 'An Evening with Issa Rae.' She expressed gratitude to her fans for the event selling out but cited concerns about the values of the institution in light of the recent appointment.
