Israeli strikes in the Gaza Strip overnight and into Sunday resulted in the deaths of at least 22 people, including five children, according to Palestinian medical officials. The strikes targeted various locations, including a school housing displaced people in Gaza City, where at least eight individuals, including three children, lost their lives. Another strike on a home in Deir al-Balah claimed the lives of at least eight people, including three women and two children. Additionally, six individuals were killed in separate strikes on Sunday, as reported by local hospitals. Israel has been conducting daily strikes in Gaza as part of its ongoing conflict with Hamas, with the aim of targeting militants while accusing them of hiding among civilians.
