Eisenkot emphasized that Netanyahu's remarks deviate from a previous decision made by the country's war cabinet.
According to Eisenkot, the war cabinet had previously agreed on two options for dealing with the hostage situation: either a 'deal in one step,' known as 'all for all,' or a 'complete deal in three steps.' This decision was reached unanimously by the cabinet members.
