Israel Defense Forces Admit To Killing Two Palestinian Men

Funeral of Palestinians killed in an Israeli raid, in Khan Younis

The Israel Defense Forces have recently admitted to killing two Palestinian men in central Gaza and burying their bodies with a bulldozer. This admission came after a video published purportedly showed the incident. According to the IDF, the men approached their operational area in a suspicious manner and did not respond to a warning shot, leading to their deaths. The IDF claimed they took this action out of fear that the men were carrying explosives.

Additionally, a series of Israeli airstrikes near the Syrian city of Aleppo resulted in casualties among both civilians and military personnel, as reported by the Syrian state news agency SANA. The Civil Defense in Gaza also reported recovering eight bodies from a civilian vehicle wreckage after an airstrike, with at least five children among the deceased. Another Israeli airstrike in the same neighborhood reportedly killed at least 10 people, including police officers.

On the Israel-Lebanon border, the Israeli military disclosed that 20 rockets and two anti-tank missiles were fired from Lebanon towards Israel. In response, Israel conducted an airstrike in Lebanon that killed high-ranking Hezbollah missile commander Ali Abed Akhsan Naim. Hezbollah confirmed Naim's death without providing further details. Israel's Defense Minister Yoav Gallant issued a warning, stating that Israel would pursue Hezbollah in Lebanon, Syria, and any other location where the militant group is found.
