Isle of Man TT organisers correct case of 'mistaken identification' after fatal crash

The Isle of Man TT organisers have corrected a case of "mistaken identification" following a fatal crash at the weekend.

Driver Olivier Lavorel was initially announced as the competitor who died following an incident at Ago's Leap. But today it was confirmed it was actually his teammate, César Chanal, who died in the race.

Lavorel currently remains in hospital after being airlifted to Aintree Hospital. BelfastLive reported both men's families have been notified about the incident.
