A man accused of preparing an ISIS-inspired mass shooting was identified in a social-media post as a former moderator of r/doordash, Reddit’s community for the food-delivery platform DoorDash. The account operated under the username “u/i_love_femboys6969”. Federal records identify its user as Jonathan Hunter Kramer, 21, of Valencia, Pennsylvania.

Investigators tied the account to Kramer through login credentials recovered from his laptop and Reddit subscriber records associated with his email address and phone number.
Polymarket highlighted the r/doordash moderator connection. The federal affidavit does not itself identify r/doordash, though it records “u/i_love_femboys6969” saying it was “open to moderating any subreddit”.
How did the FBI track Kramer before his arrest?
The Reddit activity formed one part of a broader federal investigation that culminated in Kramer’s arrest in September.
Kramer faces a federal firearms charge over allegations that he received a gun and ammunition knowing, or having reason to believe, they would be used in a felony or terrorism offence. Prosecutors say the alleged terrorism conduct involved providing, attempting to provide or conspiring to provide material support to ISIS.
Agents tracking Kramer on September 12 followed him from his home to a Walmart, where he bought a disposable phone. He later met another person outside the store and took possession of an elongated black bag from that person’s vehicle; an FBI agent believed it was large enough to contain a rifle.
Kramer then travelled to a hotel in Cranberry Township and booked a week-long stay with cash. He later visited a sporting-goods shop before returning to the hotel, where agents approached him.
The searches that followed uncovered about 190 rounds of rifle ammunition, a semiautomatic rifle and five magazines, along with a scope, bipod and pepper spray, investigators said. About 30 knives were recovered separately from Kramer’s residence. Federal agents arrested him after the searches.
‘Preparing for my mission’: What investigators found online
Investigators were also examining another strand of Kramer’s alleged online activity — a SimpleX user calling himself “Hamza Al Rashid”. The FBI linked the persona to Kramer after comparing the account’s activity with other information gathered during the investigation.
On September 9, three days before Kramer’s arrest, “Hamza Al Rashid” wrote that he was “preparing for my mission” and indicated that obtaining a weapon was the remaining step before he would be ready.
The account had also allegedly discussed an attack on a crowd with an FBI confidential human source, including the possible use of smoke and pepper grenades. Investigators separately found that Kramer had previously purchased pepper spray online.
Authorities further allege that “Hamza Al Rashid” expressed support for ISIS and communicated with others about attacks and violent material. The persona was also linked to a SimpleX group called “The Brotherhood”, which investigators say was run by “Hamza Al Rashid”.
FBI traces more Reddit activity to Kramer
The investigation into Kramer’s online footprint extended beyond the “Hamza Al Rashid” persona.
Investigators identified “u/slopdestroyer” as an alternate Reddit account after “u/i_love_femboys6969” referred to it that way. Posts associated with the second account included material showing ISIS fighters or supporters and an ISIS nasheed.
Agents also found overlap between the Reddit activity and the SimpleX account. In July, “u/i_love_femboys6969” recommended the encrypted messaging service SimpleX, while “Hamza Al Rashid” separately promoted the same platform as a secure means of communication.
What happened in Kramer’s earlier juvenile case?
The September investigation was not Kramer’s first contact with law enforcement.
He had come to authorities’ attention as a juvenile in 2023 over an alleged mass-casualty plot. The Justice Department says he was later adjudicated delinquent for his role in that case and for possession of child sexual abuse material. During the same investigation, an FBI agent said a recording recovered from Kramer’s laptop depicted what the agent described as a pledge of allegiance to ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi.
After Kramer was released from a Pennsylvania juvenile facility in March 2026, the FBI received another tip raising concerns about his online behaviour and renewed contact with people he had known before the earlier case. That tip helped set in motion the investigation that eventually led agents back to his online accounts and, months later, to his arrest.
The current case remains at the criminal-complaint stage and the accusations have not been adjudicated. Kramer retains the presumption of innocence. He appeared in federal court on September 14. Prosecutors are seeking to keep him in custody while the case proceeds, citing what they describe as a threat to public safety.
