If everything works out the way Morea Morea wants it to, he will become the first homegrown Papua New Guinean to play for the PNG Chiefs.

The Chiefs have been on one of the most eye-catching spending sprees in NRL history ahead of their foundation season in 2028, signing Jarome Luai, Brian To'o, Alex Johnston and Joey Manu among their seven official recruits.
