Recently, Draymond Green shared his belief that Kyrie Irving is the most skilled player in NBA history. The Golden State Warriors veteran shared his opinion via his “The Draymond Green Show” podcast. By choosing Irving, Green was overlooking his championship-winning teammate Steph Curry.
When discussing which player is the best or the most skilled, it’s always worth remembering that opinions are subjective. Everybody has different criteria. As such, it was no surprise when The Volume’s Jason Timpf released a YouTube video detailing why he believes the “Curry is King.”
Timpf and Green are both part of the same media network. There was clearly no animosity. Instead, it’s two co-workers sharing different sides of the same debate. Regardless of whether he’s the most skilled player in league history, there’s no denying Curry is among the most influential players ever to grace the league.
