“Kazuyoshi Miura recently scored in the Emperor’s Cup at the tender age of 59 – is he the oldest goalscorer in football history?” asks Terry Winter.

On Saturday, Miura scored his first competitive goal ⁠in nearly four years as ⁠Fukushima ​United thrashed Iwaki Furukawa 7-0 in the Emperor’s Cup.
