The bizarre exchange took place during Hailey's appearance on the French talk show Quotidien on 30 September, where she was promoting the expansion of her beauty brand Rhode into France through Sephora. While discussing her affection for Paris, Hailey suddenly declared: 'My husband is French, so I love that as well.'
