Is star Boston Celtics wing Jaylen Brown going to conclude his upcoming supermax contract extension with the Celtics? Brown’s future with the Celtics seems uncertain to some due to various factors, including potential contract issues for the ball club under the NBA’s new, punitive collective bargaining agreement and Brown’s desire to compete for a championship.
On a recent episode of the eponymous CLNS Media “Bob Ryan, Jeff Goodman, and Gary Tanguay” podcast. “(Brown has) never expressed complete fidelity to the city,” said Ryan. “There’s this lingering issue of how good he thinks he is and whether he should be regarded as the equal of Tatum…”
“There’s all this speculation because he only leaves you wondering,” added the podcast cohost.
