Is Instagram down? Users reporting issues with app and website

Instagram the Liverpool ECHO

Thousands of users have reported issues accessing Instagram on Friday morning.

According to DownDetector, people are struggling to access the platform via the app and the website. People are also reporting the issue on other social media outlets.

Taking to Twitter, Freddy said: "Instagram down again?!" while @hiromon shared a screenshot of the app with a "page couldn't load" message.
