Is Boston’s Ime Udoka is the reason for the Celtics success since the All-Star break?

Could we as Boston Celtics fans still be undervaluing the impact of first-year Celtics head coach Ime Udoka on the play of the team he helms? And if we are undervaluing his contribution to the team’s second-half surge, will we one day look back at this season as a robbery of the Coach of the Year award for the Portland native?

Given the juggernaut Boston has transformed itself into in recent weeks under his tutelage, even the national media has started to take note, with ESPN’s Cassidy Hubbarth weighing in on Udoka’s role in making the Celtics into bona fide title contenders on a recent episode of NBA Today.

Check out the video embedded below to hear what she has to say about how the former Brooklyn Nets assistant and his team are taking the league by storm based — at least in part — on how he has managed this team.
