Is Boston Celtics rookie Jordan Walsh the steal of the 2023 NBA draft? Walsh has been performing quite well in Las Vegas Summer League play so far and thus has been generating a lot of hype among fans and analysts as a result. The Arkansas alum is being compared to Marcus Smart and Grant Williams in terms of energy and defensive intensity and dropped 25 points and eight rebounds in a recent summer league game.
Walsh possesses the skills to make an immediate impact on the Celtics’ regular roster, but will likely spend most of the season with the Maine Celtics while he gets used to the speed, length, and intensity of the NBA game.
