Bird flu may have silently affected more Americans and they may not even know about it. A new CDC study that tested 150 veterinarians for H5N1 antibodies, found that three of them were previously infected by the virus, although they remained asymptomatic.
This has sparked fears of the virus spreading undetected even as it mutates into something more dangerous.
