A newly-refurbished business park in Irvine has been put up for lease.
The Ark Business Centre is located on Arkwright Way, within the North Newmoor Industrial Estate to the east of Irvine town centre, and is close to the A78.
Shepherd Chartered Surveyors, acting jointly with G.M. Brown, are handling the marketing of the North Ayrshire site.
Shepherds partner Kevin Bell said: “Our clients have invested a significant amount in upgrading and converting a large industrial building into units of between 6,250 sq. ft and. 12,500 sq. ft with two units already let.
“There is a lack of quality industrial stock available in the local market and the premises have generated interest amongst a broad range of prospective occupiers.”
Phase two of The Ark will include 16 newbuild units, each having a floor area 1,076 sq. ft, plus associated car parking and will be available later this year.
Joe Molinari, of the owners TR Properties, added: “We view The Ark as the next stage in our strategic growth plan with the development being a quality addition to our existing investment portfolio.”
Interested parties should contact the joint letting agents on 01292 267987 or 0141 212 0059.
