An Irish taxi driver was filmed telling a cyclist "if you touch my car again I will run you over", during a heated exchange on the roads this week.
The argument began after the cyclist, who published footage of the exchange, tapped the back of the taxi, which appeared to be on the cycle lane on Southern Road in Cork city.
In the video, the horn of the car can be heard going off as the driver pulls the window down.

The cyclist can be heard saying: "can you go off the cycle lane?" and the driver replies: "if you touch my car again, I'll run you over", reports Cork Beo.
Clearly aggravated, the driver then instructs the cyclist to use another part of the road before the man responds, "or what, are you threatening me now?".
The driver then accuses the cyclist of hitting his car and says: "if you do that again, I'll get out, and I'll knock your head in".
Responding, the cyclist said he would go to the gardai, and the taximan replied saying: "get my number and go to the guards".
The rider then continues on his way as they get past the Infirmary Road and come up to the junction at South Terrace and Union Quay, where the taxi again appears in front of the bike.
The cyclist looks to go up the right side, but the car veers in his direction, and he comes off his bike.
He says: "Sorry, you cut in on me while I went up the cycle lane. I'm reporting you. Let go of my bike".
The driver replies: "get off my car".
The video then cuts out.
