While the traditional fun capitals of Majorca and the Netherlands want to introduce rules to settle the rowdy tourists, the East African paradise hopes visitor numbers will double.
Now, experts say people who opt to head to the country and its exotic island of Zanzibar may never look back.

It has just been voted the best value sunny destination in the world, boasting 12.06 hours a day during the winter - which is 33% more than Ibiza.
Beer is less than a euro a pint, a meal for two costs under €10, and a holiday apartment is just €60 a week.
It features stunning powder white sandy beaches and the all-year-round warm turquoise blue waters of the Indian Ocean and its coral reefs and exotic sea life makes it a haven for divers and snorkelers.

It comes as hotels bosses in Magaluf have whipped up room prices ten-fold in a bid to wipe out cheap boozy holidaymakers.
While Amsterdam has launched a campaign to keep out' messy' stag parties, bar crawls and all-night booze benders.

Tanzanian tourism chiefs have been going out of their way to woo holidaymakers.
A new study by BestGamblingSites.com ruled Tanzania the ultimate choice for travellers from the UK looking for a sunny destination that offers great value'.
It said: "Tanzania receives an average of 12.06 hours of sunshine per day during the winter, 33% more than Ibiza.
"During the winter months visitors to Tanzania can gain 8.53 hours of sunshine per day, the most sunshine gained of all locations analysed — making it the best-value sunny destination”.
