The stunning weather that was due to extend the country across on Friday and Saturday this bank holiday weekend has been hampered for some.
Met Eireann’s latest forecast shows clear skies and sunshine on Friday, and while Saturday will remain pleasant for some, rain is due to move in off the Atlantic that afternoon.
This means that western, southern, and southeastern counties will be hit with heavy rain by the afternoon on Saturday.

Friday
