Ireland international Kieran O’Hara has joined Fleetwood Town from League One rivals Burton Albion.
The goalkeeper - who was capped against Bulgaria and New Zealand in 2019 - joins on a short-term permanent deal.
Manchester-born, O’Hara had a brief spell on loan at League Two Scunthorpe United this season and made three appearances in November.
The 25-year-old - who began his professional career at Manchester United - made 19 appearances for Burton last season.
But he cancelled his contract by mutual consent before last night’s deadline and the free agent has been snapped up by Fleetwood.
O'Hara has had a number of loan spells during his career with time at Trafford, Fylde, Morecambe, Stockport, Macclesfield and Burton, before joining them permanently.
He has featured in Ireland squads under Stephen Kenny and his last involvement was as a sub for the opening World Cup qualifiers against Serbia and Luxembourg last March, and the Qatar friendly in Hungary.
