Property website myhome.ie has published its latest Property Price report, which found that the market proved to be "resilient" to cost of living fears last year.
The data revealed that the average asking price for a three-bed semi detached house between October and December 2022 was €330,000 - up 6% on the same date last year.
The number of homes listed on its website and available to buy in the final three months of last year stood at 15,200 - an improvement on the same time last year, but still below pre-pandemic levels, the report's author Conall MacCoille said.
