Some 1.45 million people tuned in to watch Ireland's Grand Slam win over England.
Ireland would secure their first Grand Slam since 2018 with a 29-16 win over their neighbours, capturing the nation's imagination.
And Virgin media has revealed that some 1.45 million people tuned in for the game.
And that figure means it is the most-watched sporting event since 2017.
Virgin Media Television said: "1.45 Million viewers tune in as Ireland deliver Grand Slam Success live on Virgin Media One.
" Ireland’s historic victory is the most-watched live television event of 2023 so far, and the highest rating sporting event since 2017. Roll on The Rugby World Cup this September!".
Ireland held their nerve in a packed-out Aviva Stadium with two tries from Dan Sheehan and a try apiece for Robbie Henshaw and Rob Herring while captain Johnny Sexton broke the Six Nations scoring record.
