Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi issued a stern warning to Israel and its allies, including the U.S., following a recent attack on Israel. Raisi stated that any reaction from Israel or its allies would be met with a stronger and more decisive response than the previous attack.
On Saturday, Iran launched approximately 300 drones and missiles towards Israel from within its borders, with most of them being intercepted or shot down. This attack was seen as a retaliatory response to Iran's claim that Israel had fired missiles into Damascus, Syria, resulting in the deaths of several high-ranking Iranian officials.
Israel has vowed to retaliate against any attacks directed at them, while Iran has preemptively announced its intention to respond should further attacks occur. Raisi emphasized that any new aggression against Iran would be met with a heavier and regretful response from the Islamic Republic.
Raisi further stated that the Iranian armed forces are closely monitoring developments in the region and are prepared to deliver a decisive and formidable response to any provocative actions by Israel or its supporters.
