In an open letter addressed to the students, Khamenei commended their efforts in defending the oppressed women and children of Gaza, stating that they have effectively established a new branch of the 'resistance front' against Israel.
The Supreme Leader praised the students for their courage in standing up against what he described as the 'ruthless pressure' exerted by the US government. Iran, a staunch opponent of Israel, has strongly condemned the ongoing conflict in Gaza and has been accused of supporting attacks on Israel through its proxies in Yemen and Lebanon.
