A news platform associated with Iran's Supreme National Security Council (SNSC) reported that unresolved issues at the Vienna talks aiming to revive the 2015 nuclear deal are not exclusive to clearing sanctions facing Iran’s Revolutionary Guards.

Nour News, a website affiliated to the secretary of the SNSC, blamed the Biden administration for “ignoring” the solution for remaining obstacles inhibiting a deal in Vienna.
