NEW DELHI: The Indian Premier League (IPL) and the Pakistan Super League (PSL) are set to clash for the first time, and the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has been working to sign well-known foreign players who weren't selected for the Indian T20 extravaganza.
Steve Smith and Kane Williamson, two of the best batters in the world, are not expected to be available for the PSL. The PCB is also seeking permission from the England Cricket Board (ECB) to allow its players to play in the T20 league in April and May.
