NEW DELHI: The first cricketer to bag an Indian Premier League (IPL) contract from Kota in Rajasthan, Kunal Singh Rathore, is busy preparing himself for the IPL 2023 season. A hard-hitting and stylish left-hander, Rathore was picked by Rajasthan Royals at his base price of Rs. 20 lakh.
