NEW DELHI: Sunrisers Hyderabad will be led by veteran India pacer Bhuvneshwar Kumar in their opening match of the upcoming Indian Premier League season as designated skipper Aiden Markram is busy with national duty and will only arrive in India after the first match.

The 16th edition of IPL starts on Friday with defending champions Gujarat Titans taking on four-time winners Chennai Super Kings in Ahmedabad.
