Caitlin Clark has left her mark on the University of Iowa women's basketball program—literally and figuratively.
Clark has won the Wooden, Naismith and Associated Press Player of the Year Awards, led the Hawkeyes to the national championship game last season and became the NCAA's all-time leading scorer earlier this month.
In short, Clark, a senior, is not only in the conversation of best players in Iowa program history, but also in NCAA history.
It's no wonder, then, that the Hawkeyes found a way to honor the West Des Moines, Ia., native, putting an inscription onto the court at Carver-Hawkeye Arena, as seen in this photo shared by the program's account on X, formerly Twitter.

Clark's name and number was placed in the exact spot where she drilled a deep three-pointer to break the NCAA's all-time scoring record.
What a way to honor the Iowa legend.
