Parsley Box Group has raised total gross proceeds of approximately £140,000 through the open offer which was announced on 10 March - representing approximately 12.85% of what was hoped for.
The ready meal provider focused on the Baby Boomer demographic received valid acceptances from shareholders in respect of 333,489 new ordinary shares, representing approximately 6.05% of the open offer shares. In addition, the company received applications under the Excess Application Facility in respect of 375,130 new ordinary shares, representing approximately 6.80%.
Together with £5.9m pledged from a placing of shares, the company raised gross proceeds of £6.07m; about £1m short of the target.
